    Hey all,

So here is what happened. I charged my standard 6cell battery on wednesday and turned off the laptop. On thursday i had to go on a business trip for 4 days. When i got back on sunday afternoon i turned on my laptop to only see my battery juice was half gone. It was at 50%. why would do computer use the battery power when its not turned on? This really anoyeed me. Does anybody else have a problem like this? Do i have a faulty motherboard or battery?

    Thank you

    From the user guide -

    ------------------------------
When you are not using the computer, remove the battery pack.

    Note:
The battery pack has the following characteristics.
Self-discharge: The battery gradually loses its power over time without ever being used.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------

    hope this helps.. [ :)]
