    Hi,
I never found LG's website a good one, not even an easy to use one.
but now they have a brand new design - it makes it just impossible to find what you're looking for...

can any1 tell me where is the old-bad driver page?

    Thanks guys...

will LG start providing Win7 Drivers/Applications someday, or they are going to wait for a year after its release, like they did with Vista?

I wouldn't hold my breath. They stop updating their drivers for older models, leaving you to find drivers through newer model pages (because of similar components).

I left them a long rant on their website improvement "survey" about how their old site sucked and how they could improve it. Seems it fell on deaf ears. After this notebook dies (8600m GT video card overheating), I will never buy another LG notebook again. They don't even address the issue that there's a problem with the graphics card (fine, it's not their fault), but Dell offerred a workaround and posted the drivers on their site.

Why should I have to go through all the trouble to do the things they should be doing? I can't even find a replacement for the battery for my R500 that died a month after the warranty expired.
