    LG screen shaking!

    Hello everybody!
    I need help because I don't know if this is a monitor problem or the PC!! My Screen is Flatron L1710M from LG, few days back there were few parallel white lines on the screen and it (the screen) was shaking. When I start a new page the image of the previous one appears while I am waiting for the new page to open. Any clue?
    I hope I can get a reply and be able to read it because the lines kept increasing :D
