Anyone dealing with the same? Wondering if there was an update that messed up something.

    Bluetooth headphones work fine.

Last windows update reset all sound options. Had to reinstall for the third time apo Equalizer and go into sounds to disable sound enhancements. Windows is a pita in this regard.

Well one streaming website I often watch is very low volume, or better they do not do the louder all the time is better and stick to very loud for peaks only as it is supposed to, but then the gram isn't loud enough...

I have the exact same problem. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and rolled back drivers but to no avail. I've disabled sound enhancement and whatever I could think of. Still no sound. Bluetooth usually works but sometimes also Bluetooth stalls (I think when I've tried to use my laptop speakers).

    It also happened very recently.
