    Hello :)
I hope you can help me with these questions:

My Hard Drive in my LG X130 is not working,
I want to buy a new one, is it SATA II ??

and i don't know if there is a limit to how much big the new hard drive can be.
A Laptop Repair shop told me that 500 GB is probably ok, but will 1TB will work?

Also, can SSD HD would work?

    Thank you very much !!!
    Tom

If it's the same as the X110, it should have a 2.5" SATA drive. In which case any SATA drive should work whether SATA II, I or III.

Similarly any 2.5" SATA SSD drive should also work.

    Thank you for you answer!
I don't know if its the same as the X110, I took the computer apart and the old Hard Drive model is:
    Fujitsu mja2160bh g2 160gb

Does this information helps you to know for sure if any 2.5" SATA Drive would work?

Or can I give any other information?

The Fujitsu drive you named seems to be a standard 2.5" 9.5mm SATA drive. I doubt there would be any hard drive capacity limitation in the BIOS of this modern laptop.

    Oh ok,
I was confused because I don't understand anything in SATA connectors and someone told me i should really be sure whether its SATA I, II or III otherwise it won't connect..

    Thanks again! :)

The standards are backwards compatible. As long as the drive and connectors fit physically you should be good to go.
