    Hi, I just gotten a new netbook from LG dealer.

    I don't have the receipt for it.

    May I know how the warranty start? I know it's 1 year international warranty as stated in LG's website.

    I have bought brand new sealed laptop from hp dealer before, the warranty starts when I first connect it to the internet. I can even check the warranty period from hp's website.

    Does LG also works this way?

    Anyway, even like this, the original program as in the netbook's recovery partition, the last program's date is NOV 2010, can I use this as a reason to say that I can take the warranty to start from the program's date as in no way can I get a netbook with the factory's recovery partition not even created yet?
