So... anyone use it? I don't have PowerDVD or whatever installed, and don't ever plan on doing it. Is there a way to configure it to work with some other application? It would be really nice if I could make it work with foobar.

I use iTunes, WMP, Media Player Classic (for video) and it works perfectly with all of them. I usually use only the next/previous and volume up/down buttons, but i can even browse through explorer and select a file to play. Pretty neat addition. Good for the movie watching :D

Oh... hmm... what program are you using to control the remote? As in... what drivers.

AFAIK, i didnt install any drivers for the Media Remote. It just worked out of the box (after i inserted the battery and stuff....) and i just slid it into its new home (my PCMCIA slot...). It works fine with the programs i mentioned above.
