Okay so i've updated my S1 to vista... yesterday absolutely flawless...

    no driver related issues PERIOD...

thanks to the updates on the lg site minus the realtek driver.... anyway...

I noticed this strange behavior in omnipass...

for example i turn off my computer completely let's say for about ten minutes

then i turn it back on everything boots up fine but when i get to the vista logon

and omnipass pops up above it. it tells me to enter the master password instead of the fingerprint reader.....

then when i try to select the fingerprint reader its basically showing a little icon that it's disconnected...

now check this out, i restart, maybe 2 times and then the fingerprint reader shows up fine and now i can use my fingerprint to logon....

it seems like this only happens when i have the latop off for extended periods....

anyone encounter this issue.... and sorry for the lengthy post.

    I have the p402a9 series...

Yes, mine too is acting weird lately and Vista keeps shutting it down now and then, but I’m still using it to enter the window……

i have the same problem, but with the P1 Pro Express Duo - sometimes i get the disconnected error for the fingerprint reader when logging on to various websites. it is really annoying. anytime vista hangs, it is because of the reader.
