    LG S1 M001A9 Discontinued?

    I've recently gotten off the phone with a computer store and they have informed me that the LG S1 M001A9 model is now discontinued! That really sucks, I have to wait a few more weeks for the new one to come out :(

    Apparently the T1-5316A9 is discontinued too. I heard this from a number of retailers. However, both the discontinued S1 and T1 models are still on the LG Canada website. Given the amount of incorrect info on that website, I no longer trust it at all.

    The retailers tend to do a better job of staying up to date, but I would be very interested to know why LG is so fickle with its model offerings, at least in Canada.

    I purchased my S1 P400A9 two weeks ago and they said this model was being discontinued, so they gave me a form to send to receive a $200 rebate.
