LG S1 Accessories Availability?

Something to think about for those living in the US and thinking of purchasing an LG notebook. Having purchased my S1 from MilestonePC and being rather satisfied with it, I have now found that trying to obtain any sort of LG accessory (extra ac adapter; 9-cell battery) for it is just plain impossible. The reseller's obviously aren't too terribly interested in stocking the accessories. After buying my S1 in July, I ordered a 9-cell battery from MilestonePC in August and finally, after speaking with MilestonePC's rep yesterday, had him cancel the order with the intention of re-submitting it. However, the battery is now not available for purchase on the website. A listing can be found if you search for "battery", but when the "Buy Now" link is clicked, a "Product Not Found" message appears. Also, no other accessory is promoted, particularly something as simple as an ac adapter, which would be convenient, so that I don't have to carry my one and only adapter between house and office and risk losing it.

As MilestonePC monitors this board, I certainly would like some feedback as to whether they intend on assisting us purchasers with obtaining accessories, even if MilestonePC doesn't intend to carry such items "in stock". Even if they just arranged with another vendor who had the items and resold it to me for a few bucks more, I would purchase it through them and appreciate the effort.
