Well this has been showing up on all the sites and now is in stock apparently at one place at least but I have not been able to find much info on it. Is there an official "LG" laptop site as I could not find it when searching this is a hybrid flash based booting laptop similar to the technology the samsung has used but I wanted to get some specs on battery life, type of screen etc.

    Thanks

It hasn't been officially announced, we'll ask our LG contacts if they have comment on it though.

I'm more interested in the $1000 price tag....when was the last time an LG laptop was under $1800? That must be a mistake...

Hmm...that website selling the R400 appears to be your site so can you tell us something more about the system (i.e. full system specs)?

So what happened to this? It was supposed to be in stock on March 3rd week? Does anyone have this laptop yet? I was very interested in it because of the price and LG name.

If you look up the specs on the LG website, it appears the reports of a hybrid flash hard drive are false...nothing special about this notebook.
