I am wondering if there is anyone who knows where to obtain a Recovery CD for LG R1 notebook.

I don't have the recovery disc and there is no way I can go back to where I purchased it as I am out of the country.

I can find all the drivers from LG support website, but when I try to reinstall windows using another copy of Windows XP (not from LG), it does not allow me to do so. I think the best way is to get a copy of the recovery.

    Please help.

You are probably installing a retail version of windows xp. You should try to get the OEM version of XP and it will probably work.

Manage to repair my LG XP using my other XP CDs, but unfortunately I can't turn on my XP at all now. I think I still need a LG recovery.
