    Hello,

My LG LW20 Express notepad has been turn off for the last two months.
Today I turned in on, format and reinstall Win XP SP3.
All drivers all installed (no yellow exclamation marks at the device manager :))

But the problem is that the battery not been charged.
The is a blinking red let next to the battery mark,
And the laptop is working only while connected to the AC.
The Battery miser 2005 utility says that the battey is Unknown.

I tried to get the battery in and out, but it didn't help.

    * Can if be that the battery is dead because of the long time I didn't use the computer ?

    * Maybe there is anything else I need to install after the format ?

    * Is there any diagnosis tool that can analayse the situation ?
(Maybe is the notepad, and not the battery ?)

And suggestion will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you !
