    Hello,

I have an LG 15" gram - last years model - 15z90n running windows 10 pro 21h2. I open the lg update center - it says searching for new installations/updates - sits there for hours - no change. I have full admin rights - run as administrator, there is no firewall software other than MS native defender.

I've got other LGs on the same network with the same DNS - they work fine - no problem with the lg update center (however they are 17" models of the same year).

I've tried uninstalling all the LG software - rebooting, making sure the programdata, program files, appdata folders were gone for the LG software. Same issue with a fresh install which asked if I wanted to download the latest version.

Any suggestions? I can cancel out of it in task manager, sometimes the x in the program works but no other buttons. I can't click on help or info or anything else in the program - the search is all that matters to it.
