HI all, as I've got LG E500 I Installed "win XP 64-bit SP2"

    I had some drivers problem.

LG webpage support is Awfull, don't like at all.
I bought it in Argentina, lg.ar is really crappy, I had to go to lg.es and "Lg global" and neither there I could find the drivers.

Well, A friend of mine gave me the XP drivers, really don't know where he got them from, but some of them are different from the one the LG DVD has.

    I could install everyting but:
    * 56k Modem (not a problem at all I don't think I will ever use them)
    * Azurewave Wireless (I could install them but just in 32bit format, it find networks but when it tries to connect to it , it shows a bluescreen and restart the computer).

If any of you could fully install the E500 on XP 64bit, please help!!!

Thanks, I will keep post it

I found the way to make wireless work.

download the drivers from this webpage http://www.atheros.cz/

I have the LG E500 GP02B6 model, if you have the same model you should download the "Atheros AR5007EG" and it really works.

Now I still have problems with the
    * modem device on high definition audio bus"

And I formated and installed everything again in order to check everything is working fine for further Formating, and I couldn't make the SD memory card controller work this time:

    * O2Micro Integrated MMC/SD controller.

Don't know why but the last time I formated and installed the same controller worked fine. But at this time, it doesn't recognize the card. I will have to find a new workaround fot that.

    Keep posting.

I just found the drivers for the modem at this link

    http://www.bizcom-us.com/support/HEL80/DriverVista/07_Modem.zip

Those are vista 64bit drivers, they work as well on XP 64-bit, Already tested it and they work fine.

So my sherlock holmes job finding the drivers is done.

I only need to make the SD memory card controller work and that's it.

I hope you can find this post helpfull
