I just bought and LG - S1 Series computer and am very pleased with it. So far, it's been very good and I am think my decision to purchase an LG rather than a more popular name brand is sound.

I have a question about Itunes. I downloaded version 7.0 a few days ago and started to transfer some of my tunes to Itunes and noticed that the default file format is AAC. Now, I don't know very much about how these things work, but I have heard that AAC format can be restrictive in terms of transfering and making CDs. Is that true? Should I be using another type of file format and if so what is it? Please advise. Thank you.

actually aac is the new mp3

iTunes uses this instead of mp3, but it still uses mp3. aac is not drm protected, otherwise it would be:.m4a or .m4v for videos, the default extension for aac is mp4 i think. you can burn mp3 cds throught iTunes with aac files, iTunes will convert it for you, as well as Audio CDs
