    I Disabeld the Sata and I can Install XP but this is not good 'I need the Sata driver ... Not ?

    who has the Sata Driver :( ?!

    if you don't have the SATA driver, go to your BIOS, disable SATA mode, install Windows XP, and then install the Intel Matrix Manager , then change the BIOS setting back (something like that, there are guides online)
