    Hinges for LS70?

    Does anyone know where to buy new pair of hinges for LS70? My display won't stay in any position, it will either "eat" your fingers or open completelly and fall to the desk.

    I've found hxxp://spares.bigwarehouse.com.au but I am looking something closer to Europe so that shipping costs aren't worth more than laptop itself.

    I tried to order through company in my country that LG recomended couple of months back regarding the keyboard, but that company wanted me to send them whole laptop since they don't sell parts individually. Since I can change hinges by myself i refused to do business with them.

    Nobody? Well, at least I learned a lesson... Never buy laptop for which you cannot obtain spare parts...

    My LS70 has the same problem. In addition, it was difficult to find the reference of the hinges. But to the aim I could find the site where to buy the hinges. I have received them morning.
    Price: two hinges 24.60€; shipping and taxes 24.90€ more.
    In agreement with you: Never buy laptop for which you cannot obtain spare parts.... But more: Never buy laptop for which you cannot obtain the service manual.
    I collected the data of the company that in Spain provides the spare parts of LG in the service of attention to the LG client.
