I want my laptop back even if it's still broken.

I bought an LG S1-P400A9 Dual Core Laptop and within the first 2 weeks of use, the power button broke. Do you know how hard it is to use your laptop with no power button? Well it darn hard.

So doing the sensible thing, I returned the laptop to LG... BIG MISTAKE! It's been almost 3 months now and I still have not seen my laptop. I asked if it would be possible to get a refund and not LG refuses to answer any of my emails.

Please send me my laptop back. To heck with the warranty, if the laptop is still broken I can solder on a big toggle switch or something.

If someone had my laptop for 3 months I would be doing a lot more than emailing them...

Time to bring on the cavalry. Have the NBR Admins send a letter to LG stating that if you don't get your notebook back immediately that 47'000 people (that's how many members we have) will boycott all LG products :D.

Now no more joking. I think you need to call them and demand to speak to a supervisor. Tell them you need that notebook back, and make it sound dramatic.

Fujitsu UK did the same to me - I sent a laptop in for repair and they held it for two months and didnt even bother to respond or tell me what was going on despite many calls.

Let me know what the model and serial number of this unit is. You should also have a repair ticket number. If you bought the unit in Canada I should be able to help you. Send me a private message so that I can contact you and get this issue rectified.
