Just spoke to milestone PC about the availability on the core2duo T1 and whether or not it would come with the wxga+ screen.

He said he will post the answers here.

    Anybody else know anything?

    Thanks..

in an earlier post from milestonepc, he said that the chief of lg canada said the t1 core2duo would release at the end of of october. I don't know if that actually happened.

I just talked to LG Canada, all bad news on T1. He said the new model will be called T1-7002A9, the only change comparing to T1-7001A9 will be a 80G HD, won't go to WXGA+ because the cost is too high for that; won't put C2D CPU because it is too thin for C2D, price will stay the same. :(

It will be available mid Dec.

    yikes. that sucks.

I thought wxga+ was available now? It is listed in the specs, and some people claim to already have it...

    Was there ever a wxga+?

T1-7001A9 came out as WXGA+, later on dropped to WXGA(in NA, I don't other regions, this is a cost issue ).

It is possible to have different screen from different regions, usually the regional managers decide what specs to be brought in the region, then place the orders to their headquater, Asus is a very good examples of this. The 14" WXGA+ model I know is Asus A8Js, anything else?
