    Hello there,
I'm formatting an old and good LS50a for a friend. I've disassembled the keyboard plate and the fan unit. does anyone have suggestion how to clean them thourougly?
for the fan I've thought about air spray only. Can I give a bit of oil in the vent itself?
for the keyboard plate, it is very thilfy between the keys. is it okay to wash the plate only and to get it dry good before returning it to the notebook? i'm not sure that air spray the plate will help.

    thanks for any suggestions.
