Hi LG_MAN. I have a (maybe basic) question. I'm from Portugal and want to buy a LG LW70. Because of the high price (2600euros) I have been asking in the shops if they can verify the screen and sell me one with no dead pixel. I do know about the screen rules, but I think it's unfair if some customers have to stay with a laptop with a defect only because they were not as lucky as other customers.

Is there any policy of LG to return immediatly a laptop if there is a defect in the screen? 2600 euros (more or less 2500 dollars) is a lot of money and it's really not fair to sell products based on "luck".

    What is your opinion?

Has anyone returned an LG LW70? Does LG accept it?

    Thanks.

    Amelia

I think it depends on your retailer... As far as I know LG doesn't have a zero pixel policy..
