    Hi,
not only that It's getting hot in here..., but my batter runs out to quick.
Battery Miser shows 37min, then after less then 5min, the notebook Hibernates on 1%.

I have set it's Critical Level to 1% because I want to let the battery all out.
& because Notification at Low Level does not work, even though it's set to 10%...

Well, if a lithium ion battery gets to its 1 percent charge rate it is damaged. The power in Lithium ion batteries shouldn't get below 5 percent. If you do let the power drop below 5 percent the battery decays very fast. That is probably the reason why your battery is so bad. I would buy a new battery =(

Edit: if a battery gets too hot, it is also damaged. This may also be the reason.

you may be right, but I don't think the indicator showing 37min represents 5%...

even so, the 1% is something I changed a few days ago just to let the battery get empty all the way...
(the problem was there even before)
