I sold it to a friend of mine 'cause the keyboard felt cramped.

    Is it full size?

    THanks

Well not quite. It's a tad smaller than the T series keyboards, but not much smaller.

As compared to a DESKTOP keyboard (just the QWERTY part I mean)?

which T series are you comparing to?

The X200/X201 keyboard is the exact same size as the T400/T500/R400/R500/W500 keyboard.

The T60 through T500 keyboard design. IIRC -- and I don't have the boards in front of me -- the X200 series FRU is ever-so-slightly narrower than its T series counterpart. Not enough to be noticeable in day-to-day use, but smaller all the same.

I can compare them when I get home though. It's very possible my memory fails me. :D

That depends entirely on the desktop keyboard in question.

It is much smaller than most desktop keyboards, which typically sport more spacing between the keys. Moreover, the palm rest on the X200 is significantly smaller than the larger T/W series, although it is still bigger than that of the X220 thanks to the 16:10 ratio.

That's what I've seen, too, although I do not have a X200/X201 in front of me at the moment. The T400/T500/W500/R400/R500 keyboard is, in turn, the same size as my Logitech desktop keyboard, as measured from the Tab key to the "\" key.

Well. There you go. I stand corrected. :D

I guess I was more used to the X6x and X4x keyboards.

i have a spare x201 keyboard (same as x200) and put it on top of the qwerty part of my logitech desktop keyboard and they are pretty much the same size.
