    Is parts lookup working for anyone else?

    When I enter the machine type and serial number at this page, I get the message "Information for parts lookup was not found. Please click the browser back button and try again". I've been trying for a day and a half, but I always get same thing. I am trying to find the LCD manufacturer for my system (pointless curiosity).

    I get the same message whenever I try. I'd assumed that it was because my laptop only shipped on the 10th and wasn't in the system yet.
