i recently made the mistake of installing the intel TPM driver from lenovo's site in an attempt to find out what the one "unknown device" under device manager was. i am using windows xp. i found out what i wanted, but now i want to get rid of it. is this possible? the installation notes don't even specify an uninstallation procedure like it does for the other drivers on the site. is a format inevitable now?

come to think of it, i can't even find TPM anywhere in the bios. please help!
