    Hi!

I just bought a used, but nice, Lenovo L440. I thought all of these came with an ExpressCard, but to my disappointment it only has a SmartCard... So I am wondering: is it possible to replace a SmartCard reader with an ExpressCard slot?

If so, have any of you any idea where I might get one?

I checked eBay, but found seemingly nothing for the L440. Would an ExpressCard slot from a L540 fit?

This is what Lenovo reports about my machine:

Thanks in advance! I appreciate it :)

Probably needs major surgery to do so. Easier to just get a L 540 and life goes on.
