    I have a t61 (model 7662) with the nvidia 140m gfx chipset

is it possible to somehow enable the powermizer settings on the lenovo based drivers or do I have to use the nvidia OEM driver?

I can barely get 3 hours out of my 7 cell with all power options maximized for battery life

    thanks

from what i read, its built in. even with the nvidia driver is uses the software from lenovo/OS to do the work. the actual powermiser is built into the GPU. so in short i dont believe you can, it already is working.
