    Do they have the same edp connectors? Are the bezels for the two models the same?

    It is possible. AU OPTRONICS B140HAN01.2 is the panel you need to purchase. It has the same connector as the HD+ and the install process is simple. It cost about $100 which is much cheaper than what Lenovo charges. I however think the panel Lenovo gives you is either amazing if it is AUO but if it is LG, then bummer.
