Just wondering how easy it would be to replace the CPU on the X200? Is it soldered on like in the X61? thinking about selling the T9400 CPU I currently have in it and buying the P9500 CPU.

I believe the T400 laptops have replaceable CPUs, but the X200 series (X200, X200s & X200T) all have CPUs soldered to the system board. So I don't think you'll be upgrading at that level.
