    Hello everyone,

I am in the process of ordering a 15.4 T61. I am wondering that since this will be a Linux only machine, could I use the media created from the T61 recovery CD/DVDs to install Vista on another machine for testing purposes? Legalities aside, I am just curious if the Vista installer will detect that the machine being installed to is not a Lenovo machine.

    Thanks

    Sigh, legalities aside?

Anyway, good luck with that. We can't help you break the legalities though.
