    Is U330 battery problem solved?

    I see that there was battery issue on U330.
    I want to know how its going right now. Any bios update? and are they starting to sell spare batteries?

    To clarify, there are two separate issues:
    - The battery controller chip that reports how much charge is in the battery needs to be reset far too often, which is very unhealthy for the battery.
    - There are discharge rate issues - for example, after hibernation, it will be overly high for a period of time for no known reason.

    Such a good computer... though mine does last a while on battery. It's just the battery chip report that's annoying.
