I'm under the impression that may people here said T series' standard screen is 150nit, but on Lenovo's T61p datasheet it says
Display/resolution
15.4" WSXGA+ (1680x1050, 200 nit)
15.4" WUXGA (1920x1200, 175 nit)
14.1" SXGA+ (1400x1050, 200 nit)

I really wanna a brighter screen but Lenovo doesn't have free return... Any T61p user can share your idea please?

They are 200nit except for the WUXGA as you can see. But in person, there screens are not as bright as ...let say, a similar HP business model. But its not dim.
-
That's probably a mistake there, as the standard XGA and SXGA+ screens are usually 150 nits...

ooops didnt see the SXGA+...thanks clone!

You can see these 150 nits in this review:

Another thing about the SXGA+ screens is the low contrast (200:1), which means that colors will be a bit washed out. (for example: black color won't be really black...) -
mine is 15.4" WSXGA+ (1680x1050, 200 nit)
no wonder I feel curious how come some t61p users resolution can go more than mine
now than know got two type of screen for t61p
cos that time I brought mine don;t research much , just feel t61p seem not bad
but viewing livescore.com with thin horziontal line will tend to flicker
Is T61p LCD 200nit or 150nit?
