This is the RAM I have on my X200.

    Samsung 2x4 GB PC3-10600 1333Mbps DDR3 Very Low Profile 40nm class SODIMM - MV-3T4G4D/US

I'm going to sell this laptop so I thought I could swap SSD and 8GB RAM from my computer to my father's and sell my X200 for cheap.

    Thank you..

The X200 is also using DDR3, so yes, it will be compatible. The faster T420 memory SODIMMs will just match the maximum speed supported by the X200, 1066MHz.
