2378-FZU w/ M 1.70 GHz. Can the processor be swapped out w/ an M 2.0 GHz? In other words, can the processor be upgraded, warranty concerns not withstanding?

Yes. But prob best to limit to the 755 2.0 GHz (~1.0v) as the running voltage is similar to that of the OEM 735 1.70 GHz. Moving up to a 765 2.10 GHz bumps up the running voltage to ~1.4v, which may affect stability and the overall longevity of the system.
