My internet wireless/wired stopped working suddenly. I can connect wirelessly (says it is connected) but the internet does not work for both wireless/wired. Its also not the router because everyone can connect.

Are you able to ping notebookreview.com?

Any errors in the Event Viewer?

Try booting into Safe Mode with Networking.

Disable your firewall and any other security programs.

    - Are you using access connections or Vista's built in software to connect to your router?
    - Have you changed any drivers or software recently? Did you run Lenovo's system update?
    - In Vista's Device Manager can you see the ethernet LAN card and the wireless card are working?
    - In the command prompt, type ipconfig. Does it show you have an IP address?
