    Hi,

I am thinking of purchasing a Lenovo laptop (T-series). May I know whether I can get any support when I am not in US? For example, if I have a meeting in Singapore for 1 week and the laptop break down for some reasons. Will Lenovo in Singapore help to fix the laptop, or do I need to come back to US to get the support?

    Thanks.

    Yee Kan

There's a link in the sticky where you can plug your machine type in and it'll tell you whether you have IWS or not. If so, it'll give you support numbers for each area where your ThinkPad is covered.

Thanks for your reply. Are there a way to know before hand? I am interested in a preconfigurated model sold by Provantage.com, but they didn't list out what type of warranty is that.. (only mentioned that it is a 3-year warranty..)

Just plug the machine type in here.
