Have had a ThinkPad Edge E520 which I bought for personal use and it is working great. But, is there an internal wireless card replacement that can to 300Mbps? The one inside maxes out at 150Mbps. Not a big issue since most places where I go to connect via wireless still have wireless G routers. At home, I have a wireless N router, thus, the 150Mbps max speed. Just curious about this.

I don't know if its possible but perhaps swap in one of the intel centrino wifi cards? everything Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2200 and higher supports 300mbit. the Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300 supports 450mbit
