    Intel graphic + storage drivers on R61/T61? Necessary?

    For graphic driver, should I use latest from Intel or latest from Lenovo?

    My OSD for adjusting brightness screen doesn't work... (Fn + Home or End). The hotkey itself doesn't work also. Hotkey for other functions (except screen zoom) work fine. I have the latest version from intel installed.


    Also, in the Vista clean install guide, it is suggested to install intel Matrix storage driver which seem to be southbridge driver for RAID but since we are using laptop, is it really necessary? After installed the driver, I have one more process running (Raid watcher or something like that).

    Any thought?
