    I have a few questions:

    1. The 64 and 128GB SSD's offered in the X301 are Samsung products and are MCL?
    2. The TABook shows a 80GB SSD options but this is not configurable. Is this the Intel MCL SSD and is it available?
    3. Has anyone used the 32GB SCL Intel SSD?

I would prefer to have the higher performance Intel SSD.

Your X301 can't support the full speed of the Intel SSD, stick with Samsung

Why can't it support full speed. Does the PM45 has a SATAII controller?

Lenovo limits the transfer speed for power saving purpose. I tried an X25-E in T400 and its maximum speed is 150MB/sec when I benchmarked it (this is for both read and write)
