I was going to ask about the Thinkpad card vs. the Intel card, but I used the SEARCH FUNCTION to avoid bugging you guys. I'm very proud of myself.

Anyway, what is this little upgrade? It's on the customization site like this:
Wireless LAN accessories [2] [Help me decide]
    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Mini-PCI Express Adapter (NA/LA/AP) [$69.00]

Separate section from the first LAN cards. So what is this, what does it do, and why is it $69? Thanks for any help.

    I'd get the cheaper one.
