    Installing R61i Expresscard

    I have a R61i (14.1") which does NOT have the PC Card/ExpressCard assembly
    but the PC Card itself. I want to get one el cheapo.

    I know the FRU for PC Card/ExpressCard assembly is 42X3827 (which is
    compatible with the T61) according to R61/R61i HMM. I also have seen FRU for
    PC Card/Expresscard assembly 42W3436 for R400/T400, which has 42X3828
    advertised online as the FRU (of which cannot be found as a valid FRU on
    Lenovo site??).

    Is 42W3436 (or 42X3828) compatible to 42X3827? i.e.: Does R61/T61 use the
    same part for PC Card/Expresscard assembly as R400/T400 but just renamed
    with different FRUs (42W3436 or 42X3828)?
