If you have the ThinkVantage System Update utility already downloaded and installed, then after you have booted into Win 7, run it (I think off the Start menu) and it will do its thing. It will require you to intervene by confirming you machine type and then asking for your permission to download the updates/drivers etc. Best if you read each of them carefully before allowing the download and installation.

    Hope this help!

Lenovo has its own utility called Access Connections (I have not downloaded this). I am not quite sure what you mean by 'wireless adaptor'. That should have come with Win 7 no?

As for Power Manager, yes, System Update should (optimally) download and install that.

Ok i had a few problems, in the end i had to do it manually.

I was getting an error when it tried to download Visual C++.
When i restarted i could not see the Think applications installed, but when i went back into the update utility it said no more applications were available (ie i had them all).

In the end i did everything manually!

You should also check for information at the Lenovo Forums. That plus asking some of the folks here would yield a rich mine of resources. I learnt from them too. I think what happened is that after installing the new version of Win 7, a Windows Update was necessary. After that the ThinkVantage utilities should have been installed. Sorry, I should have mentioned that. I assumed that you had already done this.
