    Do you mean the internal card? Not too hard, it's just a mini-PCI card, but you need to make sure your model has the internal antenna for it to work.

    You can install the antenna, but it is not a beginner task. There is the potential to damage the screen where the antenna must be placed. If you already have the antenna, you can just swap the cards out. There is some good info on this over at ThinkPads.com. Might want to check it out. Good Luck.
