    What the heck is with this message on my shipping status page?

    If no ship date is given above, there may be an issue with your order. If you would like more information on the status, please call 866-426-0013

    Anyone else had this before? What is going on? I ordered a T420 and the ship date used to be 6/2/11 now there is none and it just says that message...

    Well I will try tomorrow. I noticed there was a $28 dollar charge. At the time of that charge, I did not have enough money in my account for the whole laptop (around $950). Maybe they tried to charge me for the laptop but I didnt have sufficient funds? I transferred the money right now so hopefully that was the problem.

    Yeah, if they didn't get payment that's probably the problem. They're not going to build the laptop until they get your money.

    They told me they charge me when it ships, which means it would be built. I ordered this thing a while ago.

    On my order the charge was "In Process" while they built it and went through after they shipped it. My bad. I'm guessing that they put the preliminary charge through beforehand in order to check for the funds? I can't think of any other explanation.

    I have heard that explanation somewhere else as well. So what happens now that they saw that there were not sufficient funds. Will they check again tomorrow? I emailed a sales rep that helped me before hopefully he will answer me.

    UPDATE:

    Strangely enough, my T420 shipped today! All that worrying for nothing :)

    Whats even better is that my estimated ship date WAS 6/2/11
