    I have a 2 gig stick that I want to install , but where will I need to install it if it comes from the factory w/ 1 DIMM?

    Well, I guess that you must use one DIMM. In your case you need 1 stick of 2GB.

    Both should be located underneath the touchpad. You'll have to remove a few screws and carefully unhook a ribbon cable.
    Page 77 is also useful.
