Is there any way to tell whether a T61 has the Intel integrated graphics, NVS140M, or FX570M graphics cards from the type or serial number?

I only have the first three digits of the type number (889), which apparently covers all 4:3 T61s.

I know 8891 and 8892 are possibilities, but when I put those in I get two different results from that web site. Are there other types that start with 889?

And once I get the right type number how do I tell the difference between NVS140M and FX570M models?

Can't you open up Device Manager and see which display adapter you have?

I'm considering buying one refurbished from a reseller and only have the serial numbers from their list.
