    Identify GPU and CPU in T440s

    Am I correct that smaller rectangle on this image is a GPU(IntelĀ® HD Graphics 4400) and larger one is the CPU(Intel Core i5 in my case)? In addition, why are there no markings(model, manufacturing date, etc) on the CPU?

    I think the smaller die is the CPU (with integrated Intel video) and the larger rectangular die is the Intel PCH.

    If you peel back the black sticker surrounding the two dies then it will show some markings (sSpec, but not CPU model number).
