    Hello Everyone,

I recently ordered this computer only to find out from the retailer that it has a 32bit OS, i don't understand why Lenovo would do something so foolish as this. What is the best thing to do, get a 64bit Vista OS or wait for Windows 7/whatever it may be?

Lenovo IdeaPad Y730-8243UBDT Notebook, 17.1" Screen
Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 2.2 GHz Processor
3 MB L2 Cache 1066 MHz Bus speed
    4096 MB DDR3 RAM
    320 GB SATA Hard Drive
ATI Radeon HD3650 with 512MB Dedicated Video Memory, "GDDR3 according to retailer"
Windows Vista Home Premium, "32bit according to retailer"

I'm puzzled. Why would you expect to find a 64bit version of Vista on a consumer-level notebook? That's not even the default for ThinkPads.

Because they put 4GB's of DDR3 Memory, i have seen lesser specs Notebooks with 64bit Vista even Vista Ultimate.
