I want to know, if it is possible to replace the keyboard and display panel in ideapad U450P.

The notebook comes with a German keyboard layout and I want to replace it with US/UK keyboard (I know I can change the layout from the OS software, but I don't want to do that).

Secondly, ideapad U450p comes with a resolution of 1366x768 (HD).

Is it possible to replace the display with HD+(1600x900)?

If this is the case, can someone guide me, from where can I purchase the US/UK layout keyboard and HD+ panel for ideapad U450p (3389-L5G) in Europe?

I hope to have positive feedback!
